As Joey comes to grips with the fact that it will be entirely up to him and his newly banded supporting cast to divert the terrorist attacks, things go from bad to worse as Gavin explains that the mission is secret and will require the population to remain where they are, completely unaware of the terrorist threat and completely unable to try and save themselves!
