Surprise, surprise! You didn't actually think that we'd seen the last of Woodrue, did you? I KNEW the subplot with him couldn't have just been for "filler".
Take note of all the gorgeous, detail oriented work Perkins puts into the interior shots of the building here. The conference room doors are simply magnificent. The storytelling technique is also fabulous here, particularly in the final 3 panels, as Perkins has to keep moving the camera around, first from behind Woodrue in panel 4, using an over the shoulder shot in order to keep us guessing as to who Pilgrim is going to meet. Then from Woodrue's point of view, looking directly at Pilgrim in the 5th panel, which sets up the big Woodrue reveal in the 6th panel. Fabulous work!
