The Swamp Thing #10 p.02 - Childhood Joy!

The story opens with this wonderful series of images flashing back to Levi and Jacob's childhoods on the first page and on this 2nd page of the story, we get the Yin and the Yang, if you will. Wonderful and touching bookend images at top and bottom of Levi and Jacob as children in India, swinging on an old tire swing they hung from a tree.

Meanwhile, those two joyous images are broken up by a juxtaposition of 3 inset panels featuring somewhat frightening images, flashing back to Dalton hacking Vyasa's corpse from the Banyan tree, Swamp Thing holding the bomb from issue #5 (with Perkins doing a great imitation of John McCrea's style!), and the Prescot bio-agent half buried in the ground from the Suicide Squad arc!
