This is the 3rd of the pivotal 6 page scene where Stu plans and makes his escape from the Centers for Disease Control, which allows him to embark on his cross country journey and become a focal character in this epic tale!

Just think, if Stu DIDN'T take his opportunity to kill "Dr. Elder" at this point in the story, even if he delayed his plan for one more day, "Dr. Elder" would still end up dead within 24 hours due to the virus and since everyone else in the facility would likely suffer the same fate, Stu would've remained locked in his cell until he eventually died from starvation!
