This great cover painting was produced by Robert Schulz, one of the greatest painters of the vintage paperback era! This gem was produced just 4 years before he passed away, and shows he was better than he had ever been until then. Pocket Books commissioned this cover for the paperback release of their Jayne Mansfield biography in 1974.

Known more today as the mother of Mariska Hargitay (Olivia Benson on Law & Order: SVU), Mansfield is still beloved by many, and this piece captured her likeness perfectly.
