This issue features the very 1st appearance of the Sleeper symbiote. As with many other symbiotes throughout Marvel's history, this one is illustrated by Spider-Man artist extraordinaire, Mark Bagley!

Page 13 of this issue is the "gestation" page, where we see the symbiote begin to envelop itself around Eddie Brock. The page that follows that one, page 14, is the birth page featuring a giant splash page image of Sleeper and was also used as a cover. The page that follows that, is THIS ONE, the first panel page Sleeper appears on in the issue!
