Annihilation Conquest: Prologue p.13

Beautiful page featuring a Nova cameo appearance! I always felt Bob Layton drew the best armour in comics, but the ink and wash technique Perkins uses truly creates a magnificent and realistic looking armor as you can see by the Daystar image in the 5th panel. Superb pencilling, inking & wash by Perkins here, as he creates his own "Star Wars" and produces the best work of his career to this point. Fabulous!

NOTE: The leftmost building in the center panel has a stat pasted over it. Mike drew it with a slight left lean so the stat was put on to "straighten" it out slightly.
