The model Lesser used for this piece was French actress Brigitte Bardot, once considered the world's most beautiful woman, from a still from the Bardot film La Vérité, dubbed into English as "The Truth".
Bardot had such gorgeous bone structure, with high cheek bones and beautifully shaped lips. Even with an expression of worry, her face still exuded a strong sensuality. Her face emotes so much and it is why I've used it as one of my online avatar for years.
